This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") governs the procedure for processing personal data of users (hereinafter — "User") in the provision of VPN services through the Telegram bot at https://t.me/FixPriceVPN_bot (hereinafter — "Seller"). Use of the Seller's services means full and unconditional agreement of the User with the terms of this Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy establishes the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, using, and protecting personal data of Users provided during use of the Seller's services.

1.2. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1.3. The Seller does not provide services for the purpose of facilitating illegal activities. The User must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as applicable laws of their country of residence or location when using the services.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

2.1. The Seller collects Users' personal data to the minimum extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy.

2.2. In the course of providing services, the Seller collects the following categories of data:

• Telegram account data: user identifier (Telegram ID), username, first and last name;

• VPN subscription data: subscription creation and expiration date, selected tariff and server;

• Payment data: payment amount and currency, payment system, transaction identifier, payment date and status;

• Service data: account balance.

2.3. Purposes of personal data processing:

• Providing the User with access to VPN services in accordance with the agreement;

• Providing technical support and improving service quality;

• Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.4. Legal grounds for processing: conclusion and performance of agreement, fulfillment of obligations imposed by law, User consent, legitimate interests of the Seller.

2.5. Log data (metadata logs). The Seller does not process the content of user traffic. For security purposes, the following may be processed: connection date and time, IP address and connection country, VPN server address, traffic volume transferred. Storage period — up to 90 days.

3. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

3.1. The Seller does not transfer Users' personal data to third parties, except as provided by this Policy.

3.2. Personal data necessary for making payments is transferred to payment agents (YooMoney LLC NCO, CryptoBot system).

4. Storage of Personal Data

4.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or until a deletion request is received.

4.2. Upon expiration of the storage period or upon User request, personal data is subject to destruction.

5. Protection of Personal Data

5.1. The Seller takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.

5.2. Protection measures include: use of encryption technologies, data access restriction, use of secure servers.

6. Restrictions on Use of Services

6.1. The User undertakes not to use services for illegal activities, including: DDoS attacks, spam distribution, copyright infringement, other illegal activities.

6.2. In case of violations, the Seller has the right to limit or terminate service provision.

7. Rights and Obligations of Parties

7.1. The User bears full responsibility for any actions performed using the Seller's services.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by non-compliance with Policy terms.

7.3. Exercise of data subject rights. The User has the right to request access to their data, its correction, or deletion. To exercise rights, send a request to Telegram: @fixPriceVPNsupbot. Response time — up to 10 business days.

8. Changes to Policy

8.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Policy.

8.2. Continued use of services after changes means agreement with the new version.

9. Cookies

9.1. The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure operation.

9.2. The User can manage cookies in browser settings.

10. Children Under 16

10.1. The Seller's services are not intended for persons under 16 years of age.

10.2. If you become aware that a person under 16 has provided personal data, please report this to support.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Policy is an integral part of the agreement between the Seller and the User.

11.2. All matters not regulated by this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
